Clark is 9 months old. Wowzers. That happened so fast.
He weighs 23 lbs now. Clark's weight gain is not only slowing down, but he's not at the tippy top of the growth charts anymore. He's around the 84th percentile for weight. Still my chubby cubby, though. Old ladies are always pinching his thighs and his cheeks, saying things like, "Gimme some of that sugar," or "Look at you, big boy!" or "Oh, I LOVE big babies!" He's a granny magnet.
Clark FINALLY got up on his hands and knees today. Two times I caught him like that, rocking his body back and forth.
Also, he's constantly shaking his head back and forth as if to say "no no no" lately. Clark will do it in imitation of someone, but he also does it spontaneously. He is especially fond of shaking his head if he sees someone coming at him with a tissue to wipe his nose or a paper towel to wipe his mouth. Clever baby.
Andy and Clark weigh the same. Andy is at the 3rd percentile for weight by age.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Andy has a few inches on Clark, though. I'm not sure how tall Clark is... I'll have to measure him soon.
