We got Elise an ant farm for Christmas and the ants just arrived in the mail. IT'S SO COOL!
Elise is really into the TV show Go Diego Go. She wants to be an "animal rescuer" just like Diego. So I thought she'd enjoy the ant farm. And she does. But I think I enjoy it more. Hee hee.
That sounds like a lot of fun! Andy got a grow your own butterflies kit but we're waiting until the temperature is warmer to order the caterpillars so they don't freeze during transit. That would be disappointing!
ReplyDeleteOooh! Elise would LOVE a butterfly kit. She calls the ants her pets and talks non-stop about how she's an "animal rescuer." Something to keep in mind for her birthday... Let me know how it works out!
